One reminder to brothers and sisters staying in Tampines or any other estates...

 

Don't park your bike on the void deck, not even for a few hours..

 

The property officers there indeed do walk the grounds one...

 

They will take photos of your bike parked illegally as proof and issue you a summon for $100 each time...

 

100 appeal letters, I will say only 5 will go thru... So they are quite tough on this matter...

 

Not only void decks, but apron areas, other areas other than parking lots are under Town Council juristiction.

 

Don't play play...

 

Why I know all these? Because I last time also a property officer...
