praying session at loyang

 

date : this coming friday 050506

time : 2000hrs

meeting venue : teck hin at clementi interchange coffeeshop (try to park at the pavement if really full then park inside carpark)

 

 

i hope every riders in the west side will go for this session to pray for our safely on roads ...especially those guys will going for trips soon ... if anyone is christian then i really sorry abt this ...

actualli i tot of tt option before.. but wat i haf been told is tt, in the event i choose to pay off my own damages, and if i lose the TP case, i'll need to compensate the driver of the car out of my own pocket... The insurance company will not be liable to pay our anything if i dun claim from them or the other insurance...

 

thus, i left with no choice except to either claim from my insurance (and get my bike fixed immediately) OR to try to claim from the other driver (but gotta wait for abt 3-6mths to wait for the results...)

 

 

so wat do u guys think now?

eh.. i would suggest that u claim that guy...

 

the advantages u have..

 

1. he knock u from behind.

2. u did a legal u-Turn (did u signal?)

3. he got a whole clearer view that u do.

4. can be charged for negligence while driving

 

the liability on you will b lesser no matter wat

u got go idac? or take pics of the scene?

i would try to claim from the opps. since TP at scene say u are making legal u turn. then the car bang u... no matter wat bang ppl is wrong.

hey tis time round u really must take care 11 sitches nt small issue ... quite long n (maybe deep) oso.
