Does anyone have any experience in the Modification of the Baffler?...

 

I'm currently Manufacturing a New Modified Baffler for my Bike in a Desperate Hope to improve the sound quality of the Exhaust...

 

Will Appreciate feed back from guys who have done it before...

bros have fun at Kulai trip... i juz got bk. brought my brother to motorworld boutique at bukit timah. bought for myself an RS Taichi rain buster raincoat.

 

pretty good coz it's soft and easily foldable. but limited stuff there though.

eh last time in army servicing brake calipers should need air hose leh.

if i'm not wrong yeah. but shyt was 3yrs since i ORD.

dunnoleh maybe bike smaller caliper not required but i did landrover/tonner ones hahaha and pushing the pistons back in was no joke sia...

 

it's pretty risky to do it DIY lest u got the proper tools and may risk breaking the seals and the pistons not extending/retracting properly. but if u managed to do it urself can take ur time to polish em

i juz now only take out the caliper to brush.

dun have the tools to break open the caliper. else haha would try liao. else MSCP engineer title cannot live up it name

u'll need tht to take out the piston fully... then also to blow clean the ports where the brake fluid is flowing from the 1st to the 2nd piston(same set). only knew that the pistons are of diff size when i went to service them. had replace 2 small ones of the front sets and 1 rear one. mine rusty and eat into the piston le.. causing it to jam...

mine is both same diameter maybe the height is different

how much u service ? mine got 1 piston nt moving much... haiz.
