1st gear push start is higher.... thus harder to start but easier to push.

2nd gear push start is easier but since gear is heavy, it is harder to push.

i have never tried with x1r but since it is lighter as compare to sports, tourer and types of bike, should try 2nd gear

push start....

shift gear to 1 1st...

den clutch in....

den go do the bitting point and open throter(4got the spelling)

once u heard the engine start sound...

faster clutch back in...

and maintain the throter(same as above(4got how to spell it))

other methot....

put ur bike main stand....

shift to Gear 1....

den go to ur rear wheel...

and turn...

engine might start....

safest to push start in 2nd gear...but maybe 4 stroke a bit milder, if 2 stroke sure jump one....if mscp lagi easy, go down the ramp n release clutch, sure start one...
