i jus wanna try only...

 

erm.. don try.. will spoil the bike.. $1k is just the starting.. after that u will nd to pay more..

 

Let say it really increase the fuel consumption.. and u will save a few cent every pump..

 

When the bike can go fast.. u will sure speed.. the more u speed the more stress is done to the bike..

 

From there you need to pay..

 

Overhaul engine often...

Change tire faster...

Change EO, spark plug, Oil Filter more often...

Change new change and spocket more often...

etc......

 

More problem will come after one another... Listen to the advice don't try..

 

Is wise to learn from mistake.. but it is wiser to learn from others mistake..

I advise u listen to their advise..
