hey guys, would like to get your advise regarding my options and which regulatory body i should turn to.

I scraped my bike after my accident and after i get my claims and all, the motor shop is charging me $850 in fees for storage ($420) and labour($250) and towing and scrapping.

I don't mind the labour and towing but i don't agree with the storage fees. he charged me $30 a day for 2 weeks which is ridiculous because the shop is at auto-hub and ubi and parking is at most, $0.65/day. so how is it i am being charged $30/day for a bike that is going to be scrapped anyways. in any case, i would like to fight against this storage fees so i was hoping someone could shed some light on my options or who i could seek mediation from ?

Thanks

hmm well the accident was back in 2009. i just got the settlement claims and the lawyer now asks me to pay the shop the fees.

I don't mind paying the fees at all. but to charge $30/day for storing a bike bound for the scrapyard is just alil too hard to take in so yea, looking for some advise before i talk to the shop.
