personal training is abt $25 per hr. then 1 n 1/2 hr to 2 hrs per session

amt of training per week depends on individual.

 

group training will be at most $30 for 3 mths, 1 n 1/2 hr to 2 hrs per session, once or twice a week. but not as efficient as personal coz the attention is not focused.

heh i start to learn when i was in sec 2 but stop when i reach yellow belt because i hurt my back when i go rollar blading. when i recovered already lazy to continue

Then u still inline skate anot?? If yes, find 1 day go out skate lor....

 

Btw Lightning, can i ask u something??

 

If i attain my Pom belt aka junior Black Belt. But i didnt get my cert etc from my instructor...( Cos he is a BASTA*D) So is there anyway i can find out from any organisation or association if they haf any copies or data abt my Cert Etc.????

in this case u can actually go down to the federation headquaters at singapore badminton hall to request to have another cert coz u lost urs (beh deh abit lah) then they will help u make a new one.

i believe they will search the records for u n then make one new one for u but that will need a fee of maybe 10 bucks.

remember to bring 2 IC size foto with u when u go.
