Tyres to recommend for wet weather

My bike tyre size same as fz16.. comes with bt39 when I bought it.. personally I feel this tyre id kinda hard... when lane change , tyre happen to travel on the white line, can feel the bike wobbling.. nv have this kind of feel since day 1 of ride.. aiming pilot street for my next tyre plus its also cheaper than bridgestone n pirelli. .. dunlop arrowmax nv try b4 my feel is it isnt good for cornering due to the angle

What's the rough tyre life span? 2years? So if it's still in good condition with visible threads, but more than 2years, we should change?

If you're just using the tire for commuting, some car tire manufacturers recommend a life time of 3-4 years regardless of thread left.

If you're using it for aggressive riding or track days, probably less than 1 year IMHO.

 

Remember, thread is just one part of your consideration, as tires age, they get hard, hence not providing as much grip as a new tire would. That's where the age factor comes in.
