What/How is reloan done?

Hi guys, I know this is not the section to post. Hah. Sorry peeps. I wonder how is reloan done? Care to explain in details and procedure anyone.

First you will have to find a bike shop that does reloan. Then, if let say u wanna get a second hand honda SP from a private owner you will have to get your class 2B license first. next, the owner will have to do a ownership transfer to you at the bike shop. the bike shop will then take a copy of both IC particular and the license plate of the vehicle. then the reloan amount will be approve. in case you do not pay the monthly installment then the bike shop will tow away the vehicle from you. Insurance have to be do on the spot also.

so for bike reloan, insurance MUST be bought from the shop? Or can buy ourselves outside? Then is transfer of ownership comes first before buying bike insurance?

Oh...so its like borrowing money from a bank lah? the say, a buyer wants to sell his bike at 4k and need to reloan/refinance, will the shop pay the the seller 4k or what? And from there, the buyer pay the shop by monthly installment? Is that how the seller gets his 4k full from the shop?
