@teambhp It may be true that shop might reject the accessories, but it's because these are of no use to them - it's only a resale to them. It could be great use of the next owner, no?

 

@eesymerej No point talking about accessories? These stuff costs money. Yeah, it could have sunk cost, but it still worth some money. Nobody is forcing you to offer bro, why don't you just offer somebody else?

 

It's no point saying how this bike is priced. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, so is cost.

But what they mentioned is true la.. new revo 17k+, your 2nd hand revo 16k.. normal people would rather spend that 1k and get new one..

Buy new bike is lidat one... no matter how well you maintain, how much accessories you have, when you sell, it's still labeled 2nd hand bike.. so the price cfm drop at least 30-40%.

 

The only "accessory" I can think of that adds value to the bike is, an aftermarket exhaust, be it end can or full system.

 

When people buy 2nd hand bikes, only looking at COE and maybe exhaust to determine the value..

only pump vpower

regular maintainance at 3000 km

Wash and polish every week

Never go track / touring

etc..

are all ignored.. at least until bike is viewed..

The best is those that add up accessories so much that they transfer all the accessory price into the asking price for a japanese bike. The total amount is even more than a brand new European equivalent of that japanese bike.
