well it depends on what bike u r riding....then perhaps we can suggest ways perhaps?

if u wanna raise ur seat height..u can always shorten ur dog bones or drill an extra hole in ur current dog bones

 

monoshock can be adjusted especially those like the gsxr ..r1...shocks...they can be adjusted preload ...rebound and compression.....

but of coz aftermarket shocks like ohlins..wp...bitubo....nitron...hyperpro...congent dynamics ..hagon are some of the various brands which varies in their prices

again the prices is dependent on addition of rebound....compression....add on of preload hydraulic adjusters,,,and brand recognition

 

the more expensive one is obviously ohlins.....on the other hand...i only personally used only bitubo and nitron...the bitubo was the one with metric preload adjuster and rebound...ul see this commonly used in s4

for the nitron shock ..i added hydraulic preload adjuster wic amounts to less than 1k...perhaps pricey to some pple but i usually carry givi21 n a big rear box ...it helps immensely in confidence..

 

for the fork...unless urs are catridge forks wic is usually found in the big sportbikes...it is usually damping rod forks....u can always upgrade it to a race tech fork springs which suited to ur weight n bike wet weight.... n also add gold valve kit which emulates a catridge fork,,,..hey i know it sounds confusing,,,,but read up n surf around...both the race tech fork springs n gold valve kit u can buy on amazon ,,,....hope this may or may not help....wukakakak

I ride at 70km/hr only...please please dont blow2 at me or overtake me dangerously....wait i change into Incredible Hulk n dont know why my little baby bike will always be ahead of u if u do that
