"Tuning" SOHC carbs off classic bike??

HI to everybody,

 

Anybody know of any mechanics or anybody who are experience and know the knowledge and technic of balancing "SOHC" carbs off a classic bike??

 

THis is the carbs i am talking about:

This is my old classic, 30 over years bike:

Not many mechanic in the new generation know how to tune and balance this carbs, they either say this carbs very difficult to do leh.......dare not take the challenge.......

 

Anybody can provide any leads to my problem??

Look for Ah Hai @ Sin Boon.. He has been a Mechanic for many many yrs. More then 10 yrs exp
