maybe SQ shorthanded and raise the age for their stewardesses

I know they "called back" a fair number of stewardesses (above age 35) who left due to family commitments after first contract....

but still, for new ones, pass 28yrs old is difficult.

i ask my aunt who is a chief steward now .

she also say for new girls/ past that age is near impossible

but she wish bibi well

and also wan to kpo and know how it goes hahahahha

Truth is my dad was from SIA.

He retired a few years ago.

37 yrs in SIA.

if your aunt is chief steward now, she will know my dad, for sure.

she probably was trained under him more than 10 yrs ago.

My dad was quite strict during interviews for stewards/stewardesses.

and as far as i know 28 is really super borderline case for newbie.

Maybe the candidate is pretty enough to charm her way through, haha.

During the late 70s, i remember following him to his office at SIA Trg Center and visiting the mockups for Boeing, Airbus etc.

the fashion in those days really retro, bell bottoms, mini skirts, butterfly dresses. hahaha...

There was the concorde, yes but they canned it quite quickly.

I wont drop any name, no point. He already retired some years ago.

But I'm sure the lao chiaos in SIA will know him.

i'm just comforting her, in case.

especially since the chances are against her as we know.
