balancer so call " bar ends" too the heavier it is the better it is when as they provide a load on the both ends of the bars thus when travelling at highspeed will provide stablity on the handle bars .

 

As for the stabliser as call voltage stabliser is to stablise the circuit flow , prevent short circuit ,as also to have a better grounding of wires to certain points to the bike which will have effects on etheir the top end or the pick ups . Let me know if u are interested as i can recon to u .. k
