Kena court case for overdue road tax ! pl help

Please help me if you know the ways.....

I kena summor for overdue road tax (overdue by 4 month, and the bike is not been use on the road).

 

LTA sue me to court under THE ROAD TRAFFIC ACT CHAPTER 276.

u call try go down to LTA n try to talk to them....either lay up ur bike on the shop or pay the road tax.....

There's no turning back once you get the court order. You HAVE to go court or you will be in deeper trouble. Overdue Rd Tax is a serious offence.

there is lor.... i kana b4 also but in the end i settle it by paying the road tax n fine at LTA.....

In the first place you should have pay the road tax mah!!! Must wait for ppl to sue you then you panic. Better call LTA and nego with them.
