Hey guys, I just got my license recently and after so many days of wondering I'm now down to these few which I can't make up my mind. YZF-R15, YZF-R125, NSR150SP, Aprilia RS125, Megelli 125R.

What's your views regarding this? Would love to hear your opinions as a new rider and totally green about such things...

Like what haoKR said, if you're planning to upgrade, dont spend too much on your 1st 2b bike. A recommended bike in your listing would be R15. It is affordable, fuel efficient and has sufficient power for a new rider. As for NSR150SP, its a 2 stroke and is more powerful but the fuel efficiency definitely would lose to a 4 stroke. It is also an old bike therefore it is cheaper than the other bikes but you do not know if the bike requires any major serciving or parts change after you buy it. As for the other bikes in your listing, they are more expensive and you shouldn't waste the money if you plan to upgrade.

After all, it depends on how much money you're willing to spend and also which is your favorite bike etc..

Cheers :D

Don't bother with the Megelli especially. Terrible re-sale value. You can check out the KTMs - Duke 200 and the fairing version of it. They are really nice bikes for the Class 2B.
