anyone know where the ignition wire at?

i cant seem to locate them

 

i only know got right brake below got 2 wire, but both is link to brakelight

than another location is the Horn wire

how to force the rubberband between the cup and the voltmeter?

I DIY install the voltmeter by tapping from the headlight white cable for + and Green cable for - since blue don't work. Before installing, I test the voltmeter by tapping directly at the battery..,It does work well showing 12V reading.

 

After tapping through the headlight cable,Before I put back the headlight and it's cover, i test the voltmeter + voltmeterLight. it works great....

 

BUT PROBLEM here is after I assemble the cover and put back my windshield, I switch bike to ON, the meter reading show only 10V with voltmeter light working..THEN I ignite the bike....meter stay at 10V with voltmeterlight and head light working normal. I put the headlight to high beam voltmeter dies off ...NO LIGHT NO READING...flat at 8V.

 

Did I tap to the wrong cable? What is the best way to do it...Will it cause any problem to my bike if I ride to bike shop monday with the current setting?

 

If I can get some solution from you guys that can resolve the problem...It will save me the trouble of going to bike shop.
