i learnt it hhru my experience, but may be wrong. : u do anything, if not caught, means u did not break any rule. no need worry. for eg.

 

i beat red lite after a few seconds at a junction cam. I TINK ITS SO ****IN WRONG. wonder got flash or not. by right should have flash. but no letter after so long. so its ok.

 

my fren rode on chevron markers to exit from expressway. HE THINK ITS ALRITE. NO WORRIES. no flash no cam no plice no nothing. 2 wks later letter came n kena 4 points for crossing road dividers.

 

thats the moral of the story. u may tink u r rite, but authority thinks otherwise. or vice versa. dis goes to workplace ethics as well.
