After spraying my pipe, when moving off my bike, the spray paint on my pipe keep peeling off while moving when the pipe is hot.:help:

 

Can anyone help me, or any suggestion??:confused:

best is u sand off all the paint, rust, dirt on the pipe using sand paper first.. then spray those high temperature black spray on. so this way, the spray paint is directly on the pipe instead of on top of those previous layers of paint. :cheeky:

spray paint, high temp or what temp will never last long if you spray on exhaust header. if spraying on shiny metal, please do a sand down so that it can last slightly longer.

go anywhere, even the pro no one dare to guranttee spraying exhaust.

Remember no bike is the fastest, no place is that far and no road is that tough.

Aactually, The best way is sand done the exhaust.

 

remove any trace of old paint. Make sure the surface is rough.

 

Then spray high temp primer first. Bake it at 60 deg.

Then finally high temp black paint. Then bake again.
