hello guys. i have a problem with my bike and i hope anyone with this experience or is an expert can help.

1) my bike cant go beyond 100km/h without having a strong vibration. feels like the bike can break into pieces..anyone know how to rectify and whats the problem? can it be the piston or exhaust choke?

it started after i mistakenly ride it with a not so tight engine block cover. i opened it the day before to change spark plug and eo. but the screw thread sppoil so cannot tighten. what is the side effect of this?

Hi!

I had the same problem as you before. You see, when you did not tighten the block together TIGHTLY, some air is let out during the combustion yada2.. Just change the the screw, i changed it at malaysia, 1 screw for RM8. It must be really really tight else you can never go beyond 120km/h ( for my bike ) at full throttle without the vibration. After i changed the screw, i tighten it badly, and i can ride 120km/h at 1/2 throttle, and 180+/- km/h at full.

Just change the screw, even if one screw fails, it makes a difference. Trust me :) From personal experience ya
