but u only hv ard 1 mth left to train.. if 2 mths.. i can make sure u get ippt gold.. hahaha. my own ippt is in august also.. near to mth end.. but im nt aiming for gold for the 1st time..

yeah the ride today also give me back ache while riding..but now ok lo.only when riding the backache is there
