If I add my friend to be a subrider and:

 

1. He was caught speeding on the speedcam

2. Caught for illegal mods

 

Who will get the summon?

1.the owner of cos....but they also have a form for you to fill in the particulars of the drive/rider on that moment...so you can fill up ur frens info on it unless u want to take the blame for him....
