Maybe u can go to the showrooms like Loois or Mah to try sitting on their show bikes to c if u r comfortable anot .

Anyway , insurance wise , be prepared to fork out at least $1.6k for the 2nd party .

Actualli , since u dun race or go track , its no use getting these powerhouses juz to ride arnd . I got the 04R1 n onli went to track once n up north once . A bit underutilised .

Maintenance wise for new cl2 bikes not much lah , onli the usual change of engine oil, filters n plugs .

GIVI Touring windscreen for FZ1 2006 onwards for sale - $90

Since you say that you are just looking for a sportbikes to satisfy ur interest, I think you should rather go for a 600cc.

Believe me I tell you that current 600cc bikes like the Suzukis and Yammies are as powerful as those 1000cc 2-3yrs before their time..

U'll save alot on instalments(If you're not paying full cash that is), insurance and road tax.

U better try to sit on the bike...I have friend 165 touch the ground tip toe..But he weighted 100kg...

Try before you buy..Better try it out from friend's bikes. You may get into tricky situation if you drop the bike in the show room.
