Engine stall at traffic light

hi, im riding a honda nsr150, just bought it not long ago. My engine stalled when i was waiting at the traffic light. I noticed that the neutral light is very weak whenever i turn on my headlights. At the traffic light i tried starting my bike again but i could not do so. I turned off the headlights then tried starting again and it worked.. can u guys give me some advice as to wad i can do to rectify the problem?? are these signs that my battery is weak and need to be replaced? .. really appreciate it if u guys can help.
