i see, so am i right to say i can still depend on this "reserve tank" to get to the nearest petrol station if the meter are to hit Empty? anyone experienced to clarify this? How to activate reserve petrol on runner? i believe i never pump more than 8.6L so i dont understand where i get this extra fuel in the "Reserve" tank that adds up to 12L..it dont make much sense to me so anyone please enlight?

Wish to sell off my 2 weeks old Hella 0902 horn complete with relay(Comes together with the horn) + fully connected + fuse holder for $28..

 

Practically it's fitted on my 07 runner as of now and for the same model if u take over, just need to route the wires and connect it up to the stock horn connectors and the battery and off you go..

Hi guys,

Just got my 07 VXR for about a month. Just wanna enquire, my front brakes feel spongy and dun bite. What should I do to rectify it? Does the issue lie with the hose, caliper or disc? Another thing is does the ST200 front fairings fit the VXR? Tot of changing to the wider fairings.. Hope can help a newbie with Gilera.

Pollini @ FS in Kallang is @ 155sgd plus setting-up of ur carby as @ my last visit last week.

Should be as many bros here using. To confirm, check with the local dealer (but Im not sure myself of where/who's the dealer!! Paisey!) as shops in Kallang are offering 800sgd+/- includes cert but before another 70sgd++ for inspection @ LTA.

Tips: If purchasing a used one, better to have it inspected & certified legal before cash change hands.

Yes it is street legal..And Sunrise is the authorised seller for the Leo Vince SBK..Got mine from them last month at $740..

 

If purchasing a 2nd hand one, have the owner to head down to the shop(Authorised Distro) to redo the manufacturer's cert first, fix it onto your bike before going for the exhaust inspection.

 

No matter what, you will need the manufacturer cert/booklet to be registered under your name and also a receipt for the exhaust before LTA allows you to do the inspection.

It depends on the modification of the runner. Average, If is stock probably ard 28km/L. If is open port filter, probably is ard 23km/L.

From my understanding:

 

Case no. 1 (Without Cert)

1) I need to go Gmax to get a cert which cost $200+ (I called to check with them)

2) Fix at bikeshop (Price range from $30-$50??)

3) Go LTA with cert, log card, license for inspection (Price $77+ inc. GST)

 

Case no. 2 (With Cert)

1) I need to go somewhere (which I duno where) to rename the cert (Price range???)

2) Fix at Bikeshop

3) Go LTA

 

 

Am I right to say that I need to do all this steps before riding on the road legally?

 

Pls correct me if I am wrong.

Bro...I bought a pipe in SBF. But I got the cert only $55.00 bro at Sunrise. Mine is LV 4road, do check first the pipe. Mine is high mount so cant do the inspection first...Need to go seng kwang to make it stranded. haiz.

Correct but the cert got so ex mehx?

 

Find a bikeshop which u are on good terms with and get them to fix for you.You need the exhaust receipt for inspection as well.

Case no. 2 (With Cert)

1) I need to go somewhere (which I duno where) to rename the cert (Price range???)

2) Fix at Bikeshop

3) Go LTA

 

If LV SBK then go Sunrise to have the name change, need to pay.If LV4Road then it's @ Gmax if i'm not wrong.

 

For exhaust inspection, you need Manufacturer Cert for Exhaust under ur name, exhaust receipt, log card(Probably digital copy nowadays).

 

Am I right to say that I need to do all this steps before riding on the road legally?
