hi i got a question about insurance im not sure if it has been asked before but i was wondering .. im 18 this year is it possible for me to get my friend's father to buy insurance for me and he has class 2a ? what if he has already insurance already for another 2b bike and let's say i need a claim on my insurance do my friend's father need to go down and do the claim or i can do it by myself ? :cheeky:

when u buy bike the insurance will follow whoever age is younger

what do you mean by ask your fren's father to buy for you? are you the sub rider of the bike? if not, you can't.

Insurance is get the person with the youngest age. Btw you 18 le should be able to get your own insurance.

700 + ar ... i thought is around 1k plus for 18 year old anyways how does the insurance company in singapore count your age by DOB or year ?

its depend on wat bike, how many cc u riding and the age of the bike if i not wrong.

some count just the year.

hmm .. was wondering .. why they don't have those kind of insurance that under 1 policy you can ride bikes other than yours ??

like i buy an insurance under my name and ride my friends bike ...

What bike u riding? Sport bike insurance usually cost more.. 18yrs old + P-plate shd cost ard $800++ - $1000++...
