hey relax... its actually, you must book within 2 weeks of passing your evaluation, not the test to be 2 weeks from passing of your evaluation. as long as you've booked your RTT (which the system allows you to do so for a duration of 2 weeks from passing your evaluation) you're fine.

ALL THE BEST FOR YOUR RTT.

p.s.: RTT is seriously much easier than the evaluation.

Yup, it's definitely the Honda CG125. 2006 model lah.

New models of most, if not all, bikes will have some different features compared to previous year's models.

The older CG125s used by BBDC are FX and FY plates - so that makes them to be more than 2 yrs old already.

Roadrunner71, thx for the useful info.

oh ya, the instructor said muz apply 60% rear brake and 20% front brake when doing the U-turn. I just don't understand y need to apply break when already too slow.

btw, are you going to buy Bajaj Pulsar?

Bro, are u sure the instructor said must use front brake when doing u-turn?

Everybody knows u should not apply front brakes when making turns or negotiating bends. U better check with instructor abt that during ur next lesson! I've experienced getting different instructions from different instructors during different lessons, but on the same subject :giddy:

And yes, I'm getting the Bajaj Pulsar. The other bike I had in mind was the Honda CBR150. Compared to the Pulsar, the CBR150 has sportsbike looks, rear disc brakes, better pick-up, higher top speed, but higher fuel consumption, no main stand, less stable at high speeds or when overtaken by heavy vehicles due to its light weight and has fairing which, if damaged during accident, will cost u extra in repair costs.

My advice to u is - when buying bike after u've passed, ask urself what do u want in ur bike. Remember, there's no perfect bike. It's a trade off between every bike's strengths and weaknesses. U win some, u lose some. E.g. u can't have power of 2-stroker and fuel consumption of 4-stroker at same time. So whatever bike u buy, let it be ur decision based on what u want and what u are willing to forego.

OMG :faint: FX & FV only 2 to 3 yrs nia but their condition are like already used for 10 years liao.. :giddy:

sportsbikes have the definite advantage of stability at high speeds becos of the fairing. as long as u have to ride upright and take the blast of the wind, u r ruining the stability.. heavy doesn't mean good lah..

Machiam u drop ur naked bike, then have nothing to repair lidat. sometimes ur fairing can save some damage from ur engine too, if u r unlucky enough to kena the engine area.

Now with these arguements, which do u think is better?
