Hi everybody! How're things here? Hopefully everybody's doing good :smile: Just got back my laptop after the harddisk crashed. Darn it.

 

Hey winter, I saw the posts about your left turn. I think you need to practice abit on controlling your half clutch technique. That time when I took my practical for the left turn, the instructor actually showed me how to half clutch to go through the left turn slowly. ( With me sitting on the bike. Mean he's standing beside me la.. Just like how we push our bikes.) You need to master the half clutch technique so that you won't have any problem at the U-turn during practical 7.01. U-turn is harder compared to the left turn.

 

But anyway. Good luck to everybody taking your practicals :cheer:

Hi!

Left turn I also had my problems...

As Roadwiniac said - it´s important for the u-turn!

I always was wobbeling during the turn. After some practice it worked out! I got my licence just before Christmas and now I really can tell - I was to stiff in my arms! It´s VERY important for the curcuit to grip the tank with your legs and be relaxed in your arms!

Latest when you go do (or up) a parking house here in Singapore, yo will think about that...

what I learned during my time at BBDC is: "Just go through! Nobody knows, when you pass - it just happens....!"

 

I learned so much about people, culture, controlling,... it´s worth writing a book... :giddy:

The day before my 4th TP I had some practice... everything went compketely wrong. Completely depressed and frustrated I asked one of the nicer instructors what I have to do to pass. He said, he wouldn´t know. But it´s all about this country having control bout the traffic, etc ....

I only went to my 4th attempt because I promised my husband... Believe it or not - the day was different from my other tries!

The sun was shining, many people at the centre were very friendly, the tester REALLY TALKED to me ( where i am from, etc) and i rode with the thought

"OK, it´s my last try - I won´t come back any more! Just relax and enjoy the last time you ride a motorbike in Singapore!!!" - I PASSED!!!!!

Oh really? My RR and RC on the 22nd :cheeky: booked immediately after i failed my TP that day. It's my third try already :giddy:

SUNNY day... best part is.. mine fav 2 numbers come out.. i am TAG number 69.(when i saw it i was.. how lucky man!!!).... and mine pts horrible.. .16pts(also mine fav number!!!)..... hahaha... happie like spider...!!!

going for my 1st rc tonight damned nervous cos only went for 1 rr last week

then 3rd week from my last tp then today is my 1st rc

sigh..

sure got mistake n many scolding one..

the testers started the ANG MOH new year wif a 60% pass rate to 2a/2 testers.... usually pass rate is 75++% if i not wrong...
