If I'm in the mini circuit, I'll not feel tt embarrassed, but now tt I'm in the bigger circuit, with cars n other bikes, it's a different story. Not tt I want to give up but I feel very tired; have to go to wk early so tt I can knock off early 4 practs. I've been dozing off at work recently.

It's a Driving Centre. People like us go there to learn how to drive/ride. Some of us learn slower, others learn faster. I'm pretty sure most people there don't have the heart (or lack thereof) to laugh at someone who tries harder than he/she does.

I dropped the bike even at Stage 3 while stationary, and recently accidentally released the clutch fully while stationary at stage 7. :cheeky: Now, that's embarassing. Trying to improve yourself isn't.

Please try not to pressure yourself so much. You might end up turning something so enjoyable into something you dread.

Do keep your chin up and remember that story of the guy who tried over 20 times before he got his license. :thumb:

I don't know if we're talking about the same guy but the guy that works in my favourite hair saloon also took 20+ times.

Now I always ask him for recommendations for bike shops.

I don't think you need to break his record.. Just do your best!

It's not abt sleeping late or waking up early, I guess. It's myself. I seem to lost the motivation n determination. My best fren once told me tt learning bike takes a lot of patience n I finally understand the real defination of being patience....

it's never about learning patience.. if it's learning patience, i think the mentality is wrong. u r just waiting for the instructor to close one eye to pass u nia.

if u r the tester, and u close 1 eye to let this person pass. The following day that rider dies, u'll be guilty for the rest of ur life sia.. it has happened before and big on the news somemore.

it's not about patience, it's about learning the right thing or getting the idea of wat to do.

instructor fail trainees, confirm got reason one..

none of us here are there to see, so i can't say wat's right or wat's wrong no matter how you describe.

i do not believe that the instructor fail ppl for fun. but i believe that the instructor fails you becos u still dun get the idea.

yeah yeah yeah.. totally agree.. learning the right thing.. most important is to zai zai for instuctor to @@.. haha

i certainly agree, it is not abt learning to be patience, thou time n effort does certainly required esp for us slow learners,,

u just have to take it step by step

if u r someone who dun need the license desperately for a living then i would say u r enjoying luxury as u have all the time to learn n dun be too hard on urself the more pressure u exert on urself u nvr get anything out of it.. cos for u only wan to get license within the time frame u set n not really in learning wat riding is all abt....

I thought by going twice a week can pass easily. I'll forget what I've learnt if I take a break from my pract. It happened before.
