hey dhobygod, I don't really think that a weak battery will contribute to that. But you'll never know till you get it checked out. Sometimes things do link in some way or another.

 

You can test if you have a weak battery by pressing the horn. If the battery is spoilt and not able to store charge anymore, the horn will not sound, or if it sounds, it will be very weak.

 

Not able to go down to bikeworkz till next Thursday as I'll be having exams. Maybe if I go down there before you can help you check out on the price for your battery.
