Happen tat my friend had a skid wif his FS plate R6, do u have any idea

which is the recommanded frame slider?

 

For mine, just fix with the slider too... buy from the classified that advertised.. around AMK... (motivation)... then call motorshop to drill fairing... cost abt 70buck...

Not surprise... got 4 of my friends riding F4i too... but they don't come to forum.. they used it as transportation... from work to home... at night go chiong will take taxi..

 

And like me.. jobless.. then go around with my bikes... or else.. nobody will see my bike on the road... to work at 0700h from sembawang to sembawang... from work 1800h from sembawang to sembawang...

i wish i could add some more things.. hahah  , maybe a Voltmeter or maybe a radar detector, or maybe a miniket camcorder (mounted type).. wah.. so may options...  heheh

Presently, I got record some of the clips for personal collection.. using a DV camcorder that mounted on tank cap.. the problem I encounter is "wind noise"...

 

No place for side fairing mounting...

 

Maybe can meet up with u to take a look, u in North area right?...:cheeky:

Just back from PG.. Nice weather.. meeting a lot people (at least 20 bikes). and having a lot of fun...

Base on today testing progress, I think Sat cannot le, unless tomorrow my contractor do something miracle.

but you never see my El backlight dials light up yet! cos that time.. i got a bit of 'tchnical problem0 .. so the light is not really bright.. but my blue neon light is bright eniff.. right.. :cheeky:

jus curious... can giv ur reviews comparing ur F4 and R6?

 

As till now.. I can say R6 is far more better than F4..

 

Both stock condition,

 

In term of road usage.. R6 is abt the same in every aspect including comfort.. except fuel consumption..and pillon conplaints.

 

In term of track.. F4 is smelling smoke..

 

In term of touring.. F4 is more relaxing (abt 1hr riding before pit-stop, no problem).

 

When I tried the slip-on (yoshi) on R6.. the feeling is "hey, why ride F4?"

But when I go track.. the skill that required to handle R6 is far more difficult..

F4 is far more managable and got more allowance for compensation. (thats why i called it training bike rather than a race bike)

 

Now waiting for my F4 Slip-on.. maybe that will add a couple of credit to F4...

Thk man.. good info.. and ideas... will try to put some foam on the mic area for noise reduction next time..
