claiming for taxi fare after accident

hi guys,

i notice we can claim taxi fare from the other party's insurance. does it include;

 

1) those fares that we take to meet friends for lunches/dinners, etc? or

2) only solely for trips we make to TP, clinic and workshop?

I don't think you can claim for taxi fares from TP's insurance even tho you have the receipts to prove it. They will just tell u, submit your receipts, we'll claim for you, but in the end, they will just pay you for loss of use of your bike that's all.
