Using used IU unit

Dear All,

 

I will be taking over my friend used IU unit after he scrapped his bike.

 

What is the procedure to transfer the IU to my bike?

 

I read that I need to fill up form and send for inspection etc... etc...

 

What form and where could I get the form?

 

When and where to for inspection?

 

If I buy used IU unit from shop , I believe they can do the form , but must I still go for inspection?
