Selling my less used CBF190X Fighthawk.
I am the first owner whom the buyer will be dealing directly with.
Bike has been fully paid.

COE expiry : 8 Oct 2027
Road tax expiry: 10 Oct 2021

No accident or drops till now. Basically 0 demerit point rider. 
Wasn't used for any deliveries or whatsoever but seen many delivery riders using it perhaps due to the less fuel consumption and less maintenance requirements. If you looking for a bike to do deliveries, this might be your choice.

Mileage: Clocked less than 11,500 KM only, over the past 4 years of usage. Picture of speedometer as attached for proof. On average, less than 3000 KM per year so far.

Asking price is $9900 but still negotiable for interested and serious buyers.
With COE prices hovering near 10k SGD and speculating further increase in the upcoming months, the asking price is pretty much justified where the bike itself just asked for 4k SGD, which is a great bargain for a bike which have only cumulated less than 11 500km in its overall run.

Recently did servicing which includes replacement of spark plug, both tyres,battery and engine oil. 
Did regular oil change for the past 4 years.
Recently did some deep cleaning including chemical wash and waxing, to bring about the actual shine on the tank. As seen in the picture, it is back to its pristine condition.

Will offer to change the engine oil upon transfer of ownership and would include a Under armour Hoodie(can be seen in my other listing) just as a token of doing good business with you. The top box comes together with the bike as well.

Didn't meddle with the originality of the bike. All are OEM stock items. 
Engine is in fantastic condition due to less usage. 

Reason for selling: Utilising my car nowadays more than my motorcycle hence making it sit idle sometimes. Rather it might go to the hands of someone who can make full use of it. 
Good vehicle to commute indeed. No hiccups faced so far therefore fret not.

Motorcycle still looks pretty new. More suitable for new riders or maintenance conscious riders as it can go upto 400km with just one full tank refill. Letting go my long-time classy number plate FV***** which I got for my first bike in 2002. Managed to retain that for almost 2 decades. The upcoming rider could distinct himself or herself in the crowd with this number for a relatively new bike such as this.
