I think nowadays, the Transfer of Ownership can be done online at OneMotoring. Another thing is be very very careful of COI. I have not gotten clear information if a person's credit score is affected when taking over the remainder loan amount. And some riders what they do is don't do any paperwork just new rider continue to pay the shop the monthly amount until all finished (and hope the prev owner still around to do the transfer..). Still shady and I did not go thru with any of the Carousell deals I attended for possible 'project bikes'.
