Hi epk, You came once to changed tyres, what have we done to serve u such great frustration? Sorry we are not aware of who you are so perhaps you could let me know in private what is the issue? As explained to you over the phone, your bike was exported. As for the extra $800, I think you had some misunderstanding with my ex-saleman which you understood it's a conversation between you two. I do not charge extra for cash sales. In fact, it will be lesser a burden on hlc's finance with the bank. I rather do straight cash and get the turnover figure. As for the motivation sliders, we promised to give u sliders, and our stocks are always with equipx. You can't expect me to go buy at retail price when we are not carrying motovation products n therefore do not enjoy the dealer price when we get their sliders. Beside, what's with the issue with equipx sliders? We have found it to be of extremely well proven sliders, not that it's a subpar product compared to moto.sliders. If you are wondering, yes we have well tested it with our racebike which have skidded, it bent n held well, not broken screw like some brands Yes we do care. Alot in fact and we make sure that our reputation does not get slandered by keyboard warriors. We hope that we can resolve all unhappy incidents and every customers leave as a happy biker out of my shop.

Hi HaiR1, I'm very sorry for your unhappiness with us. We are trying our best to make customers satisfied but business-wise, we can't be doing a losing-money deal. If you can get your pump kit changed at less than ($45 / 3 = $15) with installation, i am happy for you that you have got such a good deal. In fact, if this shop is any of my neighbouring companies, i stop all my brake pumps replacement and have all my customer's bikes pushed there and have it done. I'm sorry that we can't meet your price expectation as our cost for the pump (not including the brake fuel, stocking cost, installation charges) is already higher than the $15 you are expecting. If you could let me know which shop is offering such a price, please rest assured that i will investigate where they got their OEM parts from and indent from the same source and then, we could offer a more competitive pricing. As for our ever-going offer of free bike wash, i'm sorry that there might be a misunderstanding. My guy told you that he's busy washing another bike and your bike is next. I do not know which version of story is correct but at business point, you are the customer, so its our bad. We are sorry and i owe you a bike wash. Give us a chance to make things right, come by another day, have a drink (on us), wash your bike, chat things up abit, ok? And to make things clear for other customers of HLC, our term "Servicing" refers to the regular 3000km oil/filter servicing which we can afford to throw in our usual free snow bike wash. We should have made it clear and again, it's our bad but we have to make clear else i will have to honour my regular customers who came in every week for bike wash @ $8, opting to bleed their brake lines for $10 instead since it come with bike wash too. FYI. Many accidents due to knock over bikers is cos by lousy/poor vision. So make urself visible to others.....
