i left the card in the recording unit all the time. didn't try putting it in after the recording unit booted up. here you go..

Capacitor type, 120° lens. Installed it so that it is switched on when bike is switched on. Installed a USB socket for it. Both USB socket and recording unit is under the seat. Will upload a couple of footages later on.
