hua chin motors $380 full overhual... i did mine there lol... said this again n again haha... long time no see dudes!!! how's everyone? anyway u can modd wadever u like for ur wave and the fc is still freaking GOOD!!! but thats provided its not internal modds to the engine haha! cheers for being a wave rider!

i did my overhual at hua chin motors bukit batok there $380 if i nv rmb wrongly.. pls check my older posts... got put there... full overhual... quite cheap thus far no probs... did about 6k kms liao... can be done in a day there.

ya LO if put those side box which are like rectangular breifcase kind i dun think will affect much squeezing ability.. haha... well... anyone knows where to get and wad's da price? no bro musha i dun need touring bike.. all i need is my wave haha... must make full use of it capabilities! and abt ur tyres im waiting for ur review on wet roads... cuz thats the most impt to me... i everytime v sway one.. wanna move off then start raining.. -.-... so im like on wet roads at least 50% of the time.. but the reviews u given on the warming up sounds like last time the BT090 i used on my aprilia... needs some km(S) to warm up if not it wont be sticky... on wet roads the BT090 is not that sticky oso... corners will skid abit but on my aprilia able to easily pull it back to stop the skid.. if on wave.. im not sure liao haha... maybe its better to spend abt 60bucks more on bt39? cuz till now i find it really gd and it doesnt skid even cornering during wet surface... just my 2 cents hehe

wah this new website is so unsightly for the eyes... hmmm not gd for reading... prefer the old one... anyway i got my check on the 3rd tank... it is 42km/L oso... so i think i can conclude that the racing cdi doesnt really makes ur fc bad... it actually makes it very very slightly better... +1-2km/L... anyway is it possible for our wave... to put side boxes? can still pillion after put side box???

oh ya,... and i tested my 2nd tank with my racing cdi... now reads 42+km/L so i guess its quite around there? 42-43km/L and it actually make my fc abit better? hmm will continue to test out!

yoyo.... anyway heard abt the braking problem.... i got my bike oso feel like that... cuz the brakes just not good compared to other bikes... thats y i changed to bigger 4pot brakes.. LOL... now 1 finger can stop the bike... and also fron wheel lock - not 100% fall... my old aprilia locked front wheels afew times during REAL emergency braking and it locked up the front wheel cuz i jammed to hard lloll... but still didnt fall... but on wave... i guess if front wheel lock... at most jump out of the bike to save urself

yeah i find my FC weird too... thats y i said its just the 1st tank... so i'll continue to monitor and update... cuz at 1st i tot with the racing cdi fc will decrease but the 1st tank reading is really showing that lei... hmmm dun worry next few tanks i'll calculate and update again... anyway i keep every single pump record in my hp haha... so is accurate de and everytime pump till same lvl... or rather i try my best to make it as close as possible... so should be accurate ba... update u guys again!

3 litre 100km only? abit low leh i tot... i not old bird... waiting for old bird to reply u... mine is 40km/L after all the add weight modds... and now 43km/L with racing cdi and add weight modds... got 1 guy here say his new wave S stock can reach like 60+ or 70+ km/L omg!

yoyo updates on my FC on my new racing cdi. 1st full tank after CDI - 43km/L!!! this tank whack the bike quite alot during acceleration as well as average cruising speeed of abt 90-110km/h.. last time never had once reach 43... always at 40+/-... next tank i'll ride relax/normal like i used to... cruising max 80-90km/h most of the time only... see if FC will increase more haha..

lols my tyres are BT39 alrdy... and my brakes are upgraded alrdy too... big big 4pot with big flower disc front and rear racingboy disc brake converted. lucky still got some ppl understand my point of view rather than just keep saying that i waste money. well... i just like to experience new stuff my own and know it on my own that it is not need or blah blah blah... i appreciate other's advices thats y i wanna try out and see if its true. anyway sorry bro musha... i kindof let u guys misunderstand wad im trying to say abt the cdi... okies here goes: the torque can be felt from move off but on gear 3 and 4 no diff.. thats y i said torque is increased obviously... but acceleration/torque has no change in higher speeds like 60-80km/h or so... hope this will make u all understand better

haha... ai ya i appreciate the advise u all give... but i just wanna try out mah... if not good then change back lo... i got keep all the stock parts... dun angry la bros and all the lau jiao... i just wanna experience the changes mah.. and also share exp with everyone haha.. maybe others can learn from my "stupidity" also right? so isnt it good? lolz that shop hua chin is not chopping me la... prices are alright wad... some things exp some things cheaper... its liddat de la... give and take... as long as they do a gd job on my bike to my liking.. and it is near my house! very near haha! but this time they f***ed up my bike lar... so kindof disappointed. but still they rectified it at no extra costs oso mah - even though they changed some things for me to rectify the prob... so i'll still visit them... yaya cdi dont increase speed... i read it alot of times online haha... but i jus wanna feel wad's the diff... why is it called racing cdi haha.. maybe u are right... i should upgrade my piston and block...well will consider thanks!

okies my bike is done up and running./..with the new X-Box racing cdi from thailand (gold colour one) and new electrical full set wiring lolz here's my story: hua chin fix up my wiring set and the cdi... and my racing cdi is located in my U-box now.. so when i go collect the bike yesterday... it is clear cut that when on neutral i turn the throttle the bike will die off... unless i turn it real slowly... so they tot is the cdi not suitable.. so as im in a hurry to go work.. they changed back to my original cdi... test abit still ok but lower gears (1&2) abit not stable oso.. meaning to say that when moving off from stop position i have to turn the throttle slowly... if turn too fast abit only then engine die off... so i went to westmall and eat then go hm change and wanna go work... start the bike no prob..at 1st move off no problem only until i reach the 1st traffic light!!! stopped at the traffic light... then when green.. wanna move off... turn the throttle then whole bike bogging front and back like bull riding liddat!!! after awhile then die off in gear 2... so im stuck in the middle of the road and i restart the engine and then try so many times to move off... ai ya long long story la... so the prob is that i have to turn the throttle like 1/10 turns max when move off... so u can imagine how difficult it is for me to move off... once reach over 40km/h then can ride normally... and when lower REVs.. the bike will start to bog alot so have to drop gear.. i stopped at middle of the road like over 10times yesterday to and fro work.. omg... so dangerous!!! turning at T-junction half way stall! wtf? then lorry cuming at me! so faster get off bike and push and run across!!! wth manz when reach uphill road worse! if im moving like 60km when reach uphill no probs at all... but if uphill half way got traffic light or humps... kns! engine die off again~ then have to get down push the bike uphill... wah seh i can be a body builder soon la like this! but now i dono wth they did la... the boss tell me that got one dono wad thing i forgot inside the wiring system is faulty so they changed it alrdy... and my racing cdi oso fit in nicely no probs... and i tested my bike.. and to my surprise... the racing cdi does not make any difference in terms of top speed haha! but here are my reviews for the racing cdi... pros: - bike has more torque thats for sure! quite obvious - my LV exhuast sound is louder now and more bassy tone ( i love this!) - acceleration has improved slightly but not much to be very significant lah cons: -top speed no change - altough time to reach 80km/h or top speed has increased slightly.. but seriously not significant... so quite dissappointing FC - still unsure! will test and let u guys know again... but the exhuast sound woo hoo! its really nice now!

ya lo... i bought my agv rain jacket tot how good it is... but in heavy rain dono why still will sip in water into the pants area... however the top part is not leaky at all... sigh no choice la... haha and for the tyres i say its not IRC tyres i think... cuz from guopo's website given its not inside those pics... the thread patterns are almost exactly like the metz m3 tyres... and my bike is f***ed up now by hua chin... sigh... went to changed the cdi and the whole electrical set yesterday... it almost cost my life! darn it... will update again when done... i now go collect back my bike... sianz

but what about comparing BT39 with TT900? which is better? i saw a kind of tyre for kup but didnt see what brand or size... but the threads are very nice! looks like the Metz M3 threads anyone knows this?

ai ya~ jus now 1pm go to huachin wanna fix up my cdi and electrical set... but they say cant complete in time for me to go work later at night so i am going to leave my bike there tml morning after my night shift... shaggg... lolz... im growing old... and i dun quite like it... when im young i wanna grow old... when im older i hope it stop right there LOL..

LOL i HAVE YET to change my darn CDI! omg... really no time manz... now just finnish watching man utd match... darn i buy 2-0 and 3-1 in the end 3-0 -.-!!!... so sad.. ahha... but nice game to watch! tml im working night shift till morning... so maybe in the afternoon if i can wake up abit earlier i will go down to hua chin to see if got time to get the cdi changed as well as my whole set wiring system LOLz.. sorry for the wait on the cdi reviews...

ya very true!!! just like doing top servicing! like those top service that "bad" bike shops like unique motors.. they will say do liao very good... BUT in fact they will f up ur bike and dont be responsible for it. wan do just overhaul full when it needs to overhual engine... dun itchy backside open up engine clean the piston or wad ****... just change the damm thing if it needs to be changed... just like the fork oil thingy.. no leak better dun touch... altough i guess any manual will say change every 2yrs... but seriously just change the whole fork if u feel it is spoiled or not performing well as wad a stock fork should do... not many good bike shops in singapore which will advise ppl not to change things... only hell lot of bad bike shops which will advise ppl to change this and that until your bike is totally messed...

well maybe its ur age thats y the insurance so ex? and abt the wind shield... it will be hot? i dun really think so lei... i think the wind should be able to flow by the side and still feel it bah... lolz... i dun ride too often in the hot afternoon anyways... hmmm anyone interested to buy together with me? and anyone noes how much? and i still have NO TIME to go and fix my damm racing cdi omg!!! so busy with work... even today also packed... damm!

ya baby!!!!!! thats the one i looking for!!!!!! where to buy it??? how much???? omg! so nice! but im sure it will affect little bit of fc ba with the resistance... but i dun mind man! it keeps the rain and dirt awy!!! esp when on mandai road alot of trucks!!! yea use spokey rim or sport rims...own personal pref la... but my punch-ache is not by nail... is by the rubber tubing inside... totally burst... maybe i too heavy? o.0... im 80kg flat lolz!

lol buy 3rd party la? mine only 341 i think... haha...24yrs old 10% ncd anyway yeah i think its really just the tyres and rims... but i rather keep my 40km/L than compromising safety with lousy tyres and spoke rims... dono la personal pref... i dun really like spoke rims... haha and i havent got the time to go install my racing cdi... -.- anyway i ordered from hua chin... to change a full set of wirings + harness.. cost about $120... is it exp??? i havent fix yet too! going to fix with my racing cdi then i know the exact price... if spokey rims can put battalax and tubeless... then i will consider to save FC... cuz tube tyres sucks! when i bought the bike not long later my tube tyres punch-ache while riding to work! omg! so troublesome and dangerous!!! half way tyres already gone like sideways... but i still ride it to work ahhaha keep on swaying left and right... at most gear 2 nia... lolz! and also... anyone got idea how can our wave S put a big and tall windscreen or wind guard at the front???

wah u guys the wave can hit 52km/L even if travel high speed all the time???!!! i always travel 80-90km/h very seldom 100 or more... my fc best is only 42km/L leh but no matter how i whack still got 39-40km/L which i tot was GOOD?!... but that is after i changed my exhuast pipe to LV and change biggest tyres , sport rims and change big front brake and disc and convert rear to disc brake... and put a stupid cosmetic but leaky oil breather tank LOL! and of cuz all these are after my full overhual of engine!!! my clutch still same though... maybe i should change a new clutch assembly too... roughly how much ah for the whole set? or just change the springs and plates can liao? im not too sure what is the whole assembly like... pls advise me on what to change for clutch assembly. thanks!
