Hi,havent started my bike for almost a yr,charged batt,started,running ok,rev up 3k rpm, 1st stage(i think u call it that) exhaust went red hot, is it normal? Nvr noticed it like dat b4. Abit abrupt her,sry,but really need help on advice here,much thanks

Hi guys, I know this is an often asked question, insurance. I need to renew mine v soon but liberty quote me $770 for renewal. went to direct asia website n got a quote of abt $200 cheaper but they did not state the terms or the company. i hold cl2 > 20yrs n I am so old i finished NS liability .. FYI for insurance only. anyone has a general insurance broker to refer or any recommendations based on your current experience. I m riding a 2010 Iron

hey, little late, sori, but thanks dude, i should've read this before the installation. I went to tony and got a yuasa, and tony made an extra fuse for me to remove when not riding, your idea is best, shouldve gotten this from you befor i made the change, but i'll have to get them to do that the next time i do any servicing. now I manually remove the fuse after every weekend ride. if u guys have any meet up (for the sportster grp also) pls let me know or PM me, many thanks (btw i just posted on the sportster thread to meet up for sportster this fri nite, hopefully got riders up for it)

Hi guys (girls?), i just revisted the thread and noticed that there probably hasnt been any meet up. Would anybody like to meet up this Fri nite for a short coffee / ride? I am thinking maybe 2230H - 2300H for coffee first just to get to know each other a little n then perhaps go for a ride to Changi V to meet other HD bikers? I am on an Iron as well. hi, a little late reply here, but i am also on an iron, batt went off abt 3 wks ago, friends recommended oddessy - $240, same as at harley. there is a cheaper yuasa, I was charged $180 cos it required some re-positioning of the wires to cater to the yuasa connection. i guess you can try to bargain, cos yuasa shd b about $125 cost for them and i guess u dont need to go to harley mechanics (even outside ones to change the batt). They also added a breaker for my erp connection cos the newer (thinner) erp reader is draining the batt, so now i remove the breaker for the erp when i am not riding, hope this help in sharing some info
