Hello guys! How's everyone doing? I'm back after a long high key and added the fact that my bike has been sitting @ KC for about 2 months now... Its about time~~

Hello Alan, Hahaa, I'm sure Michael does wonders. I quite trust his handiworks as well~ Glad it did you some good. Not sure if you mean the starter motor, but it thats it, I'm pretty sure you can get parts off the ebay in a jiffy and cheap as well. (consult some of the seniors here, I'm sure they are walking encyclopedias) Don't worry about 2nd hand stuff. When you're on a budget, it all about trying to get the best outta your money. Its a learning curve as well. I remembered my old days while struggling to maintain an age old Extrema with my allowances and part time work. So hang in there, you'd get out of this with alot more knowledge and a wiser person. Cheers!

Oops, I have to rephrase myself. I bought my bike at KC, but I wasnt there on last Friday. I was at Carl's Junior instead in the evening. If it was the other yellow monster you are talking about, I met the owner on Sat morning while he collected his bike.

Hi Ladies & Gentlemen, I'm recently a new owner to a old '98 monster 400. So yes, I'm proud and as well bewildered by the bike. Hahaaa~ Anyway, was hoping to meet you guys up if you have any coffee sessions soon. Get my head round the techie stuff and where to go etc.. So yes, I do drop by Michael's place once in a while (recently, it might have to be more sessions....) I shall keep my eyes peeled in this forum then.. Cheers, Jon

Hi guys, met a Mito guy at Ah boy last week, so probably I'll post here to get some help. I desperately need a rs250 airbox (to be exact, the plastic mesh inside).. lost mine... and its screwing up my riding.... anybody got lobang or knows anybody who is willing to let go? Guys.. need some advise from you guys..... 1) 2T.... whats the brand that is used nowsadays? (Used to use Rockoil, but I dunno where to buy it now) Ideas? 2) Chain lube..... hiaz... time to get one.... any particular brands that dun like fling? 3) I need a NoLan visor... where in the hell in SG can I look for one? 4) Any nice place you guys reccomend changing tires? 5) I need a guy to set up my shocks and fork... i realli am lost at this aspect.. can never get it right... current settings makes my ride wanna dump me out when I hit a bump

Engineering wise.. nothing's impossible in this world.. even if there arnt proper racks for it, you could just head down to those engineering workshops to make a simple one. BUT....... please... resist the temptation to do it... I implore you...hahaa..... Of cos.. if its workwise, then I shant say anymore. Its comfort that matters. *I really doubt you'll be able to pillion if you have side boxes though*

Eto...... semi track bike, still need this dear to pose on the roads~ Hmm, let me know if you ordering the zero gravity windshield... I need to change mine... cant see through it at all. Well, my next aim is to send it for proper jettings 1st.... and a change of tires... (bad experience with metzelers) Anyway, do help me keep a look out for 2nd hand suits and boots... this time round will need to dress properly before going track...

Servo>> Hello.. surprised.... you do remember me after all... hahaa Nay... just popped my "kapo" head to see whats going on round here. Too bad they dun have legal ones for 250s... darn... do I have to like get 2nd hand ones then.... hmm.. maybe the belly or something.... Its coughing and splattering at 5~6K rpm and I'm seriously sick of it. *jettings are not done up properly, but have no time to send to anyone... when i fininsh work.. darn shops are closed~*

How I wished we had llike legal ones back then... every session, gotta spend the night before switching pipes and setting it up... after the session, gotta take it apart and switch them back... (its worse after you crash....with abrasions and still you gotta work on it) hahaaa~~ Anyway. ... whats the diff b.w the legal and "illeagal" Arrows?? except for out look...? 250s have the legal ones as well I presume?
