I saw givi e52 at hk seling at 300+ only. So tempted but dunno how to bring to sg.. Haa

That's like just another couple of tens of s$dollars difference from those available in local stores. I heard top-end helmets there is a lot cheaper than that in Sg.

went to change my brake pad today..

they were in horrible conditions..

cant believe they gave such lousy pad on, or izzit due to e weight of e bike?

3rd pic show dat my disc has alrdy grind into e pad alrdy.

4th pic is e comparison, totally used up.

as we cant see our front pads, e mech told me to look out for e plates..

squart infront of yr tire u can clearly see both pads, if e gap between e pad and caliper is too big.. its time to change.

im e 2nd guy to change pads at 7.5k kms after chaochao bro.

william had surprisingly hit 17k.. (wtf?!?!)

Hi Chubb, I tot I got it really bad - your's worse!! Am sorry to hear that one of your discs was affected. Either William has superb control of his engine braking or his brake pads were really good quality.

Nothing to do with weight of the bike (if we account for William's case). It seems more like inferior brake pads used during manufacturing.

I bet you are liking your new bite on your disc now eh?

Posted

ya lo.. lucky its not very serious till need change disc.

mayb i use too much during my cameroon trip..

now e new pad r better.. and my lever doenst feel spongy.

Posted

maybe mine different batch one.. my tires also different from u guys, mine dunlops.. weird..

maybe the brake pads explains why the brake lever is soft..
