led can nvr replace the function of e headlight.. led only act as a pole light or some call it DRL (daytime running lamp)

it only let other driver notice u.

it wont shine far.

for sg road u can change it but once to go msia better change it back to normal headlamp.

 

i use to put led on my highbeam and did a all hi/low beam on mod

but after awhile i removed the mod

and after dat change my highbeam to normal as i need it for senseless driver infront of me sometimes.

my hi/low beam always on mod.

low - h8 normal

hi - h8 led

ya, i oso tap from pole light... the easiest and it's off when key switch is off, won't drain batt if not ride for long time...

i am thinking to mount the iu unit at the space between the new shield n old.n led on the normal beam.mayb can change hid if i go malaysia for trips.

i mount it on e stock sheild behind givi screen on e left side good..

shd hav mount it on e right as gentry sensor it on e other way.. haa

but it stil wrking fine and can be detected on e left thou..

3M double side tape will do e job.. mounted for 1yr + and stil holding strong.

wah u travel so much? 10k in 2 mths.... then this is going to be heavy on maintenance...

10k belt change quite normal mah...

when i change my 1st belt at 10k e belt seem to be in very good condition.. believe u cld stretch it to 16k or more but have to check it oftern.

i am curious why the other bike can last so much longer.i tot its like 20 to 30k for sw or majesty 400.

I guess these Italian designers r more kaisu then us...

I rem my ex-majesty was 20k?

 

But for our 500cc monster, the belt is subjected to a lot of stress leh... So I guess 10-15k is reasonable.

i too was surprise when i first got to know it... haha

ya i heard tat its a nightmare trying to change the header...

anyway the stock header is stainless steel, so no need to change.... somemore stock one is thicker than aftermarket ones (aftermarket make them thinner in order to be lighter but not as durable)

anyone got the english manual to lend?dun understand a word from the thick manual given to mi.

first service at 1000km?must book or walk in?at adh?

vibration kinda heavy.wonder if its new or got problem.

any meet ups?so can learn frm u guys.
