hi, i am replacing my balancer but found that my handlebar had no screw threads, how do I install it then ?

there must be a way to install if not how did the current pair end up there ? :cheeky:

usually got this rubber bung wif a nut on the end to be tighten by the allen screw in the balancer..comes with the balancers itself when u bought it new...

yaaaa, just put it in screw first lahhh

 

so i shld just empty wats in the barend itself and just screw in these whole chunk of thing ?

mechanical issues, use a tapping tool either in inches or metrics. Can get it from any tool shops.

 

But 1st, must get the diameter of the hole.

usually the thread is an additional piece that is put into the end of your handlebar so that you can screw in the balances.

 

my phantom stock bar is also like this.. the thread is not on the handlebar one

i took out the rubber inside the bar end.

put in the rubber with the thread end, but got prob again...

the rubber just a little bit small for the bar, not tight enough....

wat u guys suggest ?

put blue-tacs or sealant perhaps ?

any suggestions ?

put in the rubber with the thread end, but got prob again...

tighten more so the rubber grips the inside..

Hi,

I've got a pair Suzuki RG bar end/balancer for RM8 for my F650. They came with the black rubber. Should be cheaper or same there.
