Basically scraping your bike is free just that you have to spend a bit of time and a way to get out of the scrapyard...you can scrap ur vehicle by getting the tpin first den they post to ur house within 5 working days

 

Q How do I apply for a Transaction PIN?

A If you are a Singaporean or a Singapore Permanent Resident, you can request for a Transaction PIN via the "Request for Transaction PIN" function at e-Services@one.MOTORING (upon your successful login as an Asset Owner via SingPass) between 6am and midnight daily. You will receive a pressure-sealed notification containing your Transaction PIN and a follow-up notification on your Transaction PIN from LTA within 3 to 5 working days at your registered address.

 

Alternatively, you can visit LTA's office at 10 Sin Ming Drive, Singapore 575701 during our operating hours* to obtain the Transaction PIN at the counters. The following documents are required:

 

A duly completed application form; and

The relevant identification documents of the vehicle owner.

*Note: Our operating hours are from Monday to Friday, 8 am - 4.30 pm and Saturday, 8 am to 12 noon, except for public holidays.

 

Then ride ur bike and the TPin to an LTA Appointed Scrapyard along with the following:

 

(a) Duly completed de-registration application form (Form D01);

 

(b) Original NRIC (Singaporean, Singapore PRs & Malaysian) or Passport (foreigner other than Malaysian) of the submitter authorised by you to de-register the vehicle at the scrapyard; and

 

© Road Tax fees (if the road tax is outstanding at the point of vehicle de-registration).

Easy,U need Tpin if scrape b4 coe expiry date.U dun need if u scrape bike the day after ur coe expire date.

Just bring to any of the scrape yard.they do all the stuff.I just towed my bike there,they even printed the all the paper on the spot.Sky Metal scrape yard.

If towing ,i suggest ur parts give to those who need it first.Cus to scrape ur bike dun need to be full.Just Chasis and engine case,if 1 to sell IU make sure its transfered to new owner b4 scrape.
