Hi all,

 

I got a question on battery maintenance.

 

Last year, I bought a CTEK Battery Charger MXS5.0 from Limbat (http://www.limbat.com.sg/).

The charger is good and saved me from a non starting bike a few times after a few days of not rides, but my bike battery was already about 2 years on it last legs then.

 

I just changed the battery last month and would like to seek advice on how to maintain/ extend the life of the battery.

e.g. How often to take the battery out and recharge or recondition...etc.

Bike is used everyday with about 30km ride to and fro, total 60km.

 

Please advise.
