affordable bike light options

Hello guys,

I bought a sport bike. I know that I will need to buy many new accessories for it, that is why my budget is not big for it. Can you give me some quick tips. How to ride in the dark and what lights to choose for it? Currently, I mount my old flashlight on the bike, but it looks awful. Also, what is affordable type of baby chair to fix on the bike?

Yes, I am talking about bicycle. Sorry that I asked this question at your forum, but maybe some forum members are familiar with usual bikes and can help me. In addition to the flashlight I use this red tail light https://www.mrosupply.com/lighting/emergency-lighting/flashlights/1750324_5953_nebo/ I brought it from America a year ago, but it is not enough to be well visible when it is late. What can I add?
