I don think so.

Under hire purchase, you'll be required by the shop to buy at least a 3nd party fire theft (which is 2nd party)

I suggest you stick with the same insurance company to earn the NCD discount till its maximum, after the installment period then change to cheaper company for 3rd party.

Now i'm paying only 100+ for my insurance...

If you're under hire purchase, YES you'll need to go back to the shop...

If you're under hire purchase using NTUC, NO, you'll need to renew on your own...

If you're not under hire purchase, you'll need to renew on your own...

the manual that comes with the bike is the owner's manual. The service manual is the one that mechanics use, and it tells us which screw goes where, which wire connects where, etc.

Usually we have to pay to get the service manual.

im planning to buy Bajaj Pulsar soon, to replace my current TA150.

Is there anything I should look out for when purchasing this baby? What are the free gifts to ask for? How soon can I take out the bike from the shop (Universal)?

Thanks :)

monoworld - if they have stock, which i think they do, it should be quite fast, within the week shouldn't be a problem, unless they have some issues which i don't know

free stuffs, you can ask for anything you like as long as they are willing to give u:goodluck:

Anyone organizing trip to Malacca, or elsewhere in Malaysia, for 2B riders? I am riding Bajaj Avenger and I can't follow groups with large bikes travelling at 130 to 150 km/h. I think I can only cruise at 90 to 100 km/h.

Hadnothing to do while anticipating for the 200cc to launch so did some editing to see if it looks good with out the mudguard and mirrors. To each its own. Enjoy :cheer:

PS: Nice rear end without the mudguard. Heh :lovestruck:

collected my bike in the late morning. fantastic ride, although it's a wet ride coz of the rain. The handling is good. everything is fantastic. One thing that i feel unsafe is the brakes. It doesn't really response when I squeezed/press the lever until sometimes.

Btw, is the digital speedometer accurate?
