For the rest of us who have normal policies, MS, Axa and Liberty don't calculate refunds directly proportional to the period of insurance, and neither does Income (unless you buy another replacement policy with them).

Mitsui and NTUC is pretty fast. If you cancel thru bike shop, high chance the bike shop keep the refund. Normally refund should be ready between 2 weeks to 6 weeks. Some on the spot.

 

I kenna AXA....take 4 months to receive and after many many calls from me.

ya... bikeshop sucks.... my dad's prev bikes all sold thru bikeshop... they didnt bother to transfer the NCD for u... yest i went wif him to NTUC branch to buy new ins. for him, guess wat.. the staff offer to help us try to transfer the 15% NCD from my dad's prev prev bike which was sold more than a yr ago... means tat policy oredi cancelled more than a yr...

NTUC refund cash on the spot when u go down to their branch personally .just say only want to cancel and want refund.very good service.
