The function of a horn relay is to protect your horn switch. it doesn't spoil the battery without a relay. Wah lau mechanic smoke people.

bro, runner 06 onwards has ard 8.5L tank. that kinda of consumption usually associate with bigger carb. most of the time its a bigger sets of jettings. get ur mech to haf a look. but i forgot wats a standard size were.

 

in the mean time check all the fuel hose also. 3 years usually the hose will start to give way also.

Thanks bongstar! meanwhile, i'll continue to monitor my FC with a relaxed riding style 1st. Guess I whacked my bike too hard when i 1st got it. Opened my throttle too much i guess. lol! Will go to a mech to check the jetting size soon. Anyway, where's the hose located? Mind to enlighten me abit? And how many screws must i unscrew for my front panel to take my fairings off? I tried to unscrew all visible screws but the fairings dont seem to budge. I'm afraid to use force as it might just crack it.

How much are you guys getting for open pod? Went to mech, and according to him, open pod sucks more fuel due to a bigger jetting, thus, causing my FC to be 18-19km/L

Hmmm..actually i asked for a package. To change my open pod to the stock airbox and all...was quoted 220 for everything. 150 for a 2nd hand airbox and the rest labour charges..which i think its on a high side..

Yup! Forget to mention, a totally STOCK ST200!!! Planning to get just the muffler (an SBK Leo Vince but still looking for a steal-deal!! Haha..). Airbox wise gonna stay as got news open-pod is ILLEGAL!! Sigh!

Got a fellow rider who told me he kena summon by TP, Boss!! Anw, like what he said is true, any external mod is ILLEGAL!!!

 

Normally the LTA/ Viacom inspection ctrs. are more lenient as now it seems there's jz too many inspection ctrs & thus they need biz!! Hehe..

 

Anw, got quoted by an inspector before on my previous rides which goes, "Don't tell anybody huh, that u did your inspection w us in case your stop! by LTA or any TPs..!" Haha.. Damn!!
