Mate, that's normal. For myselve I need to brush the clutch and rub the clutch bell every month. Timing is depend on your drive condition, if urban drive, means stop and go.... The clutch friction is more, than the cutch will cumulative dust faster. If long distance drive is opposite. From what I ask from workshop, they said regardless stock clutch, malossi or whatever, your will sliping once clutch is overhead.

That's my experience, or maybe wrong. Hope some 1 can correct me. Sorry for lauzy English.

Hmmm...should't be...coz if petrol is leaking, it'll most likely leave a pool of petrol under my bike...no petrol seen under my bike so far

haha! it'll sound monsterous w/o the baffle....anyway, does it require a special tool to remove the baffle? The screw seems to be star shaped

Just normal size 4 allen key...

Actually the workshop recomanded me to change new set of clutch and bell, but thier can't warranty to me how long the clutch will slip again. Watever stock brand or malossi... From thier experience those branded clutch also got this problem after wear. So they did this on 1st time, then I do myselve after. Normal servicing around 3000km, change engine oil(like other bike), 2 time for 1 oil filter change(cost $10+, normal brand) and clean air box filter(malossi) with air gun, 6000km check and clean roller and belt. Sevicing is depend on wat you want? Most work shop will ask you change this and that. But as usual, fire plug can last at least 10000km, roller 5000km(check doesn't means change), kelvar belt last 12000km. Try to feel your bike, don't simply pay to workshop.
